Mark and I rode with our bodyguards to Thun Field, the small airport in South Hill. Half our bodyguards were accompanying us, two to watch the plane and the other four to protect us in New York. Mark thought he was paranoid for bringing them, but he was right to be cautious. Brandon Fitzsimmons knew about the Magicks of the Witch of Endor, the book we were after. I feared the problems he could cause if he got his fat fingers on it.
